All earring are handmade therefore may slightly vary in size. 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note:

• Earrings must be unworn and in their original packaging for any return to be processed.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

• Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
