Returns Policy – headwraps
You may return item(s) within 28 days from the date of purchase for online store credit, minus the shipping charges. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, we will deduct our standard shipping/handling fee of £3.99 from the original amount.
We will issue a refund back to the form of payment used or an online store credit, which is good for future purchases made on the site and redeemable for up to one year from the date of issue.
All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and free of damage. We can only accept returns that are in original condition. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-refundable and will be denied.
We do not cover the cost for returns or exchange shipping.
Returns Policy – Earrings
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note:
Earrings must be unworn and in their original packaging for any return to be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
